Render the documentation at v1.4.3

Pins the site to v1.4.3 and re-renders.

The core's docs gained a "two modes" section on the network tab and a full
account of the "solid above" control, corrected the four significance levels so
each says where it lives and what it draws, and dropped a claim repeated in five
places that the network is the only reader of the coherence null — the
cross-wavelet title reads two numbers derived from it in every study.

The generator now gives headings an id. No page had one, so every in-page
anchor was a link that silently went nowhere: the new #the-two-modes link and
a pre-existing one in cli-dims-case.html. All 31 pages re-render as a result.

Hand-written pages updated by hand: setup.html (the co-activity reason for
series, "only the network reads it", and the missing mode/threshold keys),
tutorial.html (the faded-line sentence, which describes behaviour that no
longer exists), and the release-tag link on index.html.

opt-cw-tab.png and opt-network-tab.png re-taken against a study built on
1.4.3 — the network tab has two new controls and the phase arrows changed
appearance.
