- examples/demo.py runs run_all on make_linked() and make_mismatched() and writes examples/report_{linked,mismatched}.md (committed).
- README: tests badge, "Why" section, "What it looks like" with the mismatched summary table, and a working label_card_path (copy the packaged example card first).
- .github/workflows/tests.yml: pytest on Python 3.10-3.12.
