A docs-only change to SPEC §3. It records the planned next step after #143: when Byline Feed is active, Borges would add its cited works to Byline Feed's Article node (<permalink>#article) as citation, using the byline_feed_schema_article filter. Nothing is built yet, because Borges's save output is static and this needs a server-side step. Byline Feed tracks the same item in known-gaps.md (dknauss/author-identity#63).
