Add a profile edit action on your own empty profile card

What to build

When you open your own profile card and it has no bio and no links, keep the line "No bio or links yet." and put a button under it. The button closes the card and opens Settings on the Profile tab, where the bio and the links already live.

Someone else's empty card stays the line only. A card that already has a bio or a link stays the read view.

Acceptance criteria

• Your own empty profile card shows a button under "No bio or links yet."
• The button closes the profile card and opens Settings on the Profile tab.
• Another person's empty card has no button.
• A card that already has a bio or a link has no button.
