I'm a project- and product-oriented professional with a technical background in full-stack development, combining more than 10 years of experience in leadership, operations and stakeholder coordination with hands-on digital delivery.
My work sits at the intersection of projects, product, operations and technology: understanding needs, defining requirements and priorities, coordinating delivery, and using technology — including AI-assisted development — to build practical solutions.
I led the digital transformation of a music school from a real operational need to the launch of a secure, production-ready digital service.
My work included:
- Translating user and operational needs into scope, requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria
- Redesigning the information architecture and prospective-student journey
- Designing the lead lifecycle and translating an informal follow-up process into a structured operational workflow
- Coordinating content, pricing, privacy and stakeholder decisions
- Guiding AI-assisted implementation through Git-based workflows, testing and release validation
- Configuring Cloudflare infrastructure, D1 persistence, email automation and security controls
V1 launched on 28 August 2026. V1.1 was completed in September 2026, extending the service with campaign attribution, structured lead management, trial scheduling, follow-up workflows and conversion tracking.
The current phase focuses on operating the system, measuring acquisition and conversion patterns, and using real data to prioritise the next iteration.
