Include the existing Header browser fixture in the collab-web TypeScript check and update its layout and production-build documentation. The fixture remains under
test/fixturesand is excluded from published browser assets.Validation: browser checks for ready/preview states at 480, 1130, and 1440px, English narrow/wide controls, callback readouts, and console errors passed. Production output contains no fixture page.
pnpm checkpassed formatting, lint, typechecks, builds, and all tests except one 5-second Typst timeout; rerunningpnpm exec vitest run test/bin.test.tspassed all four tests.
