Add matching edit-dropbox-paper-document skills to the Claude and Codex packages.

The skills explain how to discover native Paper operations, read documents before editing, make targeted changes, and verify results. Operation details and schemas remain in the Dropbox operations catalog.

Also update inspect/upload routing, package documentation, the Claude skill manifest, and validation inventories.

Closing this. if we identify a need to add a skill for paper after launch, we can revisit this and modify it to point to the directly registered paper tools
