Published Workflow 2.5.32
at 78075b6f7e513a93db7d613bdd09b9e777fbb58a / tree e0068ae6.

This compatible backport bounds individual SQLite claim-admission and fenced
acknowledgment waits within the existing retry budgets. It restores the driver
setting and preserves the original reservation, task, attempt and deadline
checks. Storage retries do not repeat application handlers or activity callbacks.

Qualification:

  • Source Keep SQLite claim and acknowledgment waits inside their retry budgets #838 / main 8f55cdfb: all 21 applicable fresh-main jobs pass, with
two PR-only skips. Exact Sonar analysis ee853da4 passes with 98.3% new coverage,
zero new duplication and no ignored conditions. Both reported findings are fixed.
  • Stable candidate 299d7482 / run 39067595608: all 20 applicable jobs pass,
including database shards, five actual two-worker SQLite upgrade profiles,
quality and coverage. The stable merge has the identical tested whole tree.
  • Immutable tag and Packagist source/dist references all resolve to 78075b6f,
with product-train 2.5.32. Release verification 39069626551 passes all 17 jobs.
  • A normal 2.5.31 installation fails the six new controls with four claim
failures and two acknowledgment errors. Normal 2.5.32 passes the identical
six controls / 92 assertions. All 939 installed runtime/resource files match
the release; every other locked package object is unchanged. The bootstrap
adds only test fixtures, with no runtime override.

The earlier failed originals retain their outcomes. The strict published
four-worker consumer remains a separate record in #837: one 2.5.32 original
still encounters pre-claim pressure, while its diagnostic and a fresh
diagnostic-enhanced head pass. Sample App and website follow-through remain
pending; no broader clean-load or Server image adoption is claimed.
