Documents the optional embedded tracing component merged in #788, including application-owned OpenTelemetry, Laravel logging, nullable configured-table migrations, cold replay and the separate Server/SDK scope.
The complete 32-cell study compares exact measured source
ffe793c4/ merge9776f4a4with normal published Core 2.8.0 (2edaa6b1). All workload, resource, exit and official-Collector drain gates pass. Three of the four original 5% disabled / 15% enabled CPU targets qualify. Disabled 64-member fan-out remains failed against its original 5% target: mean +1.41%, 95% upper +6.43%, drift +4.53%. Its samples, analyzer and original result are unchanged. An independent statistical readback confirms all four decisions. The report and guide record the maintainer's explicit post-study component decision accepting a 7.5% disabled / 15% enabled release allowance. This is an evidence-based release judgment, not a predeclared all-pass study. Historical failures remain intact. No additional study is started.
Four Markdown files change. All production files, resources and Composer metadata exactly match the merged/measured source. The complete source qualification remains 39499146953. The preceding documentation head passes normal checks 39516448567; fresh checks now review this final report head independently. No tracing tag is published yet. Exact registry, installed migration, upgrade and downstream consumers still need qualification before declaring the component delivered. Workflow #773 remains open for full Server and PHP/Python/Rust SDK delivery.
