Workflow 2.10.1 release identity
Merged at 1a5ec33 / whole c2ef09bd137f5a7b307d1b14bf402c2acada1882, identical to the qualified candidate. Immutable 2.10.1 is published and Packagist reports that exact source. A fresh ordinary Composer registry installation verifies the exact version/reference and loads all three relevant lease contract/implementation classes from that installed package. No path repository or checkout override is used. Published-package verification run 39640159915 and fresh-main build 39635461936 remain separate and pending; no aggregate or cross-repository acceptance is carried to them.
Part of #878, following merged #891. Sets the exact Composer product train to 2.10.1 and records the embedded inline activity-maintenance and SQLite journal-mode corrections. The already published 2.10.0 changelog entry is dated accurately.
Runtime, dependency requirements, schemas and conformance contracts are unchanged from main
74ade2b283b63fb957e6e5c24a1d3e2af4ce8bd9/ whole49a0fba1c106e739d3ac556f3d59dc28c092d300. Its independent normal main build39619980171passes. All normal metadata-candidate checks also pass before merge and publication.Published-package verification and actual six-minute/killed-worker/replacement controls remain required for complete #878 acceptance. This PR does not adopt a Server/native/frozen tuple or close that obligation.
