List of tasks to be accomplished:

1. Add a field 'isAdmin' to the user model.
2. An Additional dashboard only visible to Admins with additional features which includes:
   • Manage Notices:
     - Options to Create/Delete Notices.
   • Manage Users:
     - Ability to delete existing user or make them Admins.
