chore: give Renovate all of Monday to open its PRs - #576

The 'before 6am on monday' window is only six hours a week, and the hosted Mend app runs at irregular times, so updates sometimes wait a week or more under 'Awaiting Schedule' (tomli 2.5.0 and the mise lock file maintenance are stuck there now). In noodle the same window never fired at all. A full day keeps the weekly batching, for both the regular updates and lock file maintenance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Widens both Renovate schedules in
