PHP2Shell (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) is a critical RCE in PHP 5.4 to 8.5. it got patched on oct 21 in 8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27 and 8.5.12.
docker/php-cli/Dockerfile still pins php:8.5.4-cli, so this bumps it to php:8.5.12-cli. same minor and same variant, the tag is already on docker hub. the local image name in docker/docker-compose.yml (php-cli-ebics-client-php:8.5.4-cli) and the two lines in AGENTS.md that mention it follow the same version, so i bumped those too to keep them in sync. i didn't build the image here.
