✨ Add option to create actions from templates

As with other notes I'd like to create actions based off of templates.

Even though the action jsons are built different than the other templatable jsons like backgrounds, it would be great to have the same flexibility when creating this type of note.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Can you please provide examples?

Yes, sure! I'm talking specifically about dnd5e, I don't know anything about pathfinder.

In the config, we can assign custom templates to be used to create the notes. However, there are only certain keys available to create templates for. (as written here).

I'd like to see an enhancement, where I could also create a template for how actions (as in Attack, Dodge, Hide...) are converted.

I also know, that the actions are stored differently in the data, and are currently created as one big blob.
My "dream" would be, that every note-type could be customized via templates. I'll try to work on this enhancement myself, as I do have professional experience in software engineering (not in java tho), but right now, I'm still trying to understand the code base, and since other, not-yet-customizable keys (like conditions/diseases/...) are set-up similarly in the data, working on those will be trivial once this action-enhancement is done. So if anyone could get to this before I do, that'd be much appreciated.
