Combined major bump of vitest and @vitest/coverage-v8 from 4.x to 5.0.0.
Supersedes and closes #199 and #200, which cannot pass CI individually: the two packages are coupled at the major-version level, and bumping either one alone breaks the coverage pipeline (vitest 5 changed the coverage IPC payload format).
^4.1.7→^5.0.0^4.1.7→^5.0.0Verified locally: lint:ci, test:coverage (99 passed, coverage 91.2%), build, format:ci all green.
