Ran the Cortex-R52 FVP workflow on portable module manager changes - #818

The r52_fvp workflow runs the FVP module manager images, the only CI job that executes module manager code, but its push and pull_request path filters did not include common_modules/. A change to the portable module manager therefore never ran them, although the images link every source in common_modules/module_manager/src. Both path filters now include common_modules/**, and the header comment says why. The edited workflow parses as YAML with identical push and pull_request path lists. This pull request changes the workflow file itself, so its own CI runs the FVP suite. Assisted-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5) <noreply@anthropic.com>
