Clang starting from 19 uses the macros __GCC_CONSTRUCTIVE_SIZE and __GCC_DESTRUCTIVE_SIZE, but we didn't define them. This PR adds those definitions with values that match what GCC has.

Closes: #319

Worth noting that these files are created by https://github.com/edgcpp/compiler/blob/main/util/make_predef_macro_table.

Does that need some kind of update ... or prehaps does the whole file just need regenerated for a more modern xcode install?

I think it needs updated as well since it's several major versions behind. I have Xcode 27 installed locally. I can try and do that now.
