This repository is a source catalog for native Claude Code and Codex agents and skills. Kiro agent files are retained for compatibility. The catalog contains:
- 8 agent roles with Claude, Codex, and Kiro definitions.
- 22 universal skills shared by Claude, Codex, and Kiro. The installer writes
unslopto~/.claude/skills/unslop/SKILL.md, whichCLAUDE.mdimports. Platform-specific skill variants are supported but none are needed today. - A validated installer, site catalog, and Litmus checks.
Claude agent files use the unpinned Claude Code family aliases haiku,
sonnet, and opus. Codex agent files use the configured Codex model IDs and
reasoning effort from platforms/model-policy.json.
Prerequisites: Node.js, npm, and the CLI for the platform you intend to use.
npm install
node scripts/validate-catalog.mjs
node scripts/install.mjs claude
node scripts/install.mjs codex
node scripts/install-kiro.mjsUse --dry-run to inspect an install. The Kiro installer never deletes files, skips
symlinks, and keeps settings that exist only in an installed agent config. Use --force only when replacing an
unowned destination. Use --migrate-legacy only when moving from the previous
shared-skill symlink layout. See Getting Started for
project-local installs and first invocation.

The site reads the same agent and skill hierarchy used by the validator and
installer.
The orchestration and review conventions are informed by CLI Agent Orchestrator from AWS Labs.
blast-radius, tdd, how, why, benchmark-checklist, and four
principle-* skills are adapted from pstack by
Lauren Tan, MIT License. upstream.json pins the upstream commit each port
was taken from. Run npm run check:upstream (add -- --diff for patches) to
list upstream changes since that commit. It exits with code 1 when a ported
skill changed. Merge the changes by hand, keep the local edits (no multi-model
panels, one reviewer instead of arena, explore as the worker agent,
synthesis in the main session, and why limited to git and gh, Pippin, and
the Amazon wiki), then update ref to the new SHA.
