- Add zensical dev dependency and config file (zensical.toml)
- Update GitHub Actions to build with zensical instead of mdbook
- Remove mdbook binaries and mermaid JS from docs directory
- Reorganize documentation structure (ports_adapters, ports_adapters_test)
- Output site builds to 'site/' instead of 'docs/book/'
- Update agent_context, credential_configuration, and ADR docs
