Promotes PR #42. The test-only relative import helper now uses POSIX path normalization with regression coverage for ../ and ../../ imports. PR #42 passed focused tests, full tests, build, lint, contract guards, full OS matrix, and CodeQL. No runtime/package/API/schema/ADR/generated-state changes or npm publication occurred.
