Follows #38: a card hugs its content, so layout: {grow: 1} on a card only added empty space after it (the card kept its content width). Now a growing card — a nested stack/row/column with background/outline and no explicit main-axis size — is re-rendered with its slot as the main size, so it fills its share (weights split the free space as before). Unstyled stacks, explicit sizes and other children are unchanged. Tested for rows/columns, weights, margins, gap, explicit size, unstyled stacks; checked visually.

A card (nested stack with background/outline and no main-axis size) hugs its
content, so grow used to leave empty space after it. It now re-renders with the
slot as its main size; weights share the space as before.
