The shared triage-backlog skill stops keeping repository settings inside itself (MASTRA-1142). This file holds the open-pstack project's settings:

Before: the skill read settings only from references/<repo>.md inside the shared skill. Only open-pstack had such a file, at references/open-pstack.md.
After: this repository's .agents/triage-backlog.md holds them, in the .agents/ convention that the run-these and babysit-pr files already use (MASTRA-1135).

Each repository in a project keeps .agents/triage-backlog.md. Use the path MASTRA-1135's design pass settles on, if it settles one first.

The project's primary repository's file lists the member repositories, each one's tracker (Linear team or GitHub Issues), the host its sessions run on, its verify skill, the docs records folder, and any additions to the skill's steps.

references/open-pstack.md moves into open-pstack's file. The skill drops the references/<repo>.md lookup.

The move is met here; the mastra-pilot PR deletes the old file and the lookup.
