What changed in this PR
Reverts Hoodi’s scheduled Glamsterdam activation, keeping Erigon’s execution and consensus configuration aligned with the upstream withdrawal.
Changes:
- Removes the Amsterdam timestamp and Hoodi-specific Gloas activation settings.
- Removes the scheduled 200,000,000 gas-limit target.
- Restores fork-ID expectations and removes the obsolete Hoodi gas-limit test case.
