Measures captain facts against real outcomes on six active public repos: reviewer engagement (review comments on the fact's file/line) and later fixes (SZZ-blamed fix commits within 90 days, reverts), with per-PR controls and a fixed decision rule, kept as a standing regression eval. …own-facts view, write-up Keep contract.api, contract.dependency, change.concurrency, change.safety_removed; demote coupling.missing; insufficient data for contract.env, layers.edge, contract.instructions, contract.schema. Captain priority informative (careful 14.8 %, standard 10.4 %, quick 1.7 % fixed-or-reverted). No detector changed; follow-ups ranked in docs/experiments.md. …-facts view as the primary metric corpus.jsonl and labels.jsonl replace the pretty JSON files (one record per line); results.json is gitignored and regenerated by eval. The standing eval's primary view is now the first five facts of each PR (what the comment shows), with the per-fire view secondary and a concentration warning for any PR over 20 % of a fact type's fires — a forward amendment; run 2's verdicts stay as pre-registered. bench/outcomes/ in git: 3.1 MB → 1.5 MB.
