Title check
The title clearly describes the change to the minimum value for maxCompounds in selector-complexity.
Linked Issues check
[#613] The maxCompounds integer schema now sets minimum: 1, so it rejects values below 1. Existing rule tests exercise the accepted value 1. The PR adds no test for rejection of 0.

The tests cover maxCompounds: 1, but do not check that zero is rejected. If the minimum returns to zero, the suite could pass. Add a configuration-validation test for zero.

Add a configuration-validation test for maxCompounds: 0 in the
selector-complexity rule tests, asserting that zero is rejected; retain the
existing coverage for maxCompounds: 1.

If that's the case we can keep this PR as draft under breaking change and I can create a new PR to limit the minimum value through code, so rule will not check for the max-compounds: 0, just to resolve the issue for now. What do you think?
