Subset GNU-nano-style editor for terminal sessions: typing, cursor keys, ^O write out, ^X exit with save prompt, ^K/^U line cut/paste, ^W search. EDITOR=nano works for git commit. Documented as L-TERM-005.

Workspace feature unification turns on terminal in CI, so the command-not-found check now expects nano only without terminal and asserts it resolves with terminal. Run nano unit tests in the terminal CI slice.
