Fuel Help Rendering Issue

This rendering issue in Fuel Help has bugged me for a while. I of course welcome a fix but also any pointers on where to look for fixing this would be appreciated. See the line underlined with a poorly drawn red 'line.'

Looks like we don't handle the $inputs $outputs words properly. I didn't realize fuel might need to be modified to support that.

I'm thinking that at least implementations for $inputs and $outputs would need to be added to fuel-markup.el:fuel-markup--printers.
