php-imap is no longer distributed in Red Hat EL8.
The Learn and Classifier modules use php-imap. I should rewrite the code with Horde IMAP Client.
Workaround
A php-imap 7.4.6 rpm for EL8 has been added to the shared repo. But you must do some tricks to install it in a modular environment.
