Release

Merging this pull request triggers the protected NuGet publication job. The workflow obtains a short-lived credential through Trusted Publishing; no long-lived NuGet API key is stored in GitHub.

Expose WrapText for grid, table, and manual cells and auto-fit wrapped rows while preserving explicit heights.

Update dependencies and .NET 10 sample/test hosts, add workbook regression coverage, and document the 3.1.0 release.
Publish only after a same-repository develop pull request is merged into main, using the protected nuget environment and an OIDC credential.

Document the release safeguards and NuGet.org policy configuration.
