Release v1.5.0 — Custom Cast Message Channels, Discovery and Logging

Bumps flutter_chrome_cast from 1.4.8 to 1.5.0 and finalizes the changelog.

📦 Dependencies

• Raised minimum SDK to Dart >=3.6.0 / Flutter >=3.24.0 (required by permission_handler 13) (chore(deps): upgrade outdated dependencies #96)
• permission_handler → ^13.0.2, pigeon → ^29.0.6; example builds with compileSdk 37 / AGP 8.13.2 / Gradle 8.13

• pub publish --dry-run: validated
