Documents the new
byEndpointandbinquery parameters on the Historical Credit Usage endpoint, plus theendpointandbinresponse fields and the new 400 errors.The endpoint can now break usage down by the endpoint that billed it and return daily periods instead of monthly ones. The page only described monthly totals and the
byApiKeybreakdown.Based on break historical credit usage down by endpoint and by day, which added both options.
Needs a human look: the spec listed the per-period credits field as
totalCredits, but the API returnscreditsUsed, so I renamed it. I also markedendDatenullable (the latest period has none) and changed its example to the next period's start, matching the code.
