Adds a Skills section under Alexandria on the CLI page covering
find-skills,read-skill,create-skillandupdate-skill, with an example and an options table.CLI 1.26.22 adds these four commands, and the CLI page had no mention of skills, team skills (
team:<slug>), the--base-versionconflict check or--request-idrecovery.Based on feat: skills commands (find, read, create, update), which added the commands next to
find-tools.This adds a new subsection after the feedback paragraph, so it does not touch the lines that the open Alexandria costs PR #1608 changes.
Needs a human look: the source PR says
create-skillandupdate-skilldepend on a backend deploy. If that has not shipped yet, hold the merge or drop those two rows.
