Document webhook event ids, transcript items, and retries - #274
Updates the post-call webhook docs in agents/monitor/webhooks.mdx.
Event id: every post-call event carries a top-level event_id (evt_ + 32 hex characters), also sent as the X-Fish-Webhook-Id header. It stays the same across endpoints and retries. Added it to all three payload examples.
Transcript in call.analyzed: new top-level items, the same timeline as the sessions API. Links to the existing item docs instead of redefining fields. Documents [] (content deleted by data retention) and null (could not be read). call.analyzed is sent after the transcript is complete, also when no analysis is configured. call.ended does not carry the transcript.
Retries: 7 attempts over about 18 hours (30 s, 5 min, 30 min, 2 h, 5 h, 10 h). Timeouts, network errors, 408, 429, and 5xx are retried. Other 4xx are not. Each attempt is signed again over the same body.
Ordering and idempotency: first attempts keep the existing order, retries can reorder events. Dedupe on event_id. The ticketing recipe now dedupes on event_id and reads the transcript from items.
Removed the old "transcripts are excluded" note and the 3-attempt retry row.

Documentation
Clarified when call.analyzed is delivered and what transcript and event ID information it contains, including behavior when analysis is disabled.
Documented delivery retries, retryable responses, possible event reordering, and idempotency guidance for repeat or rerun analyses.
Clarified inbound webhook field requirements and failure outcomes. Updated ticketing examples to deduplicate by event ID and use transcript data included in the webhook.

Summary
Event payload and transcript details agents/monitor/webhooks.mdx
The event overview and examples describe when call.analyzed arrives, its transcript timeline, and the event_id field.
Signatures, retries, and deduplication agents/monitor/webhooks.mdx
The documentation describes per-attempt signature timestamps, retry timing and outcomes, event-ID deduplication, and rerun analysis ordering.
Configuration and ticketing guidance agents/monitor/webhooks.mdx
The endpoint and failure-outcome tables are reformatted without changing their stated rules. Ticketing examples now deduplicate by event_id and use payload.items when available.
Readers could assume every event will arrive or inadvertently suppress work at a second endpoint. Clarify both delivery and deduplication guidance before merging.

Do not promise successful delivery.
The “At-least-once” guarantee conflicts with the documented retry limit and dropped deliveries. If an endpoint remains unavailable through all seven attempts, it receives no successful delivery. Describe delivery as bounded retries with possible duplicates, and tell readers who require completeness to reconcile against the sessions API. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

At-least-once delivery means the same event can arrive more than once. Retries of one event carry an identical body, so store each `event_id` you process and drop any event whose `event_id` you have already seen.

Scope deduplication to each independent consumer.
If two configured endpoints share an idempotency store, the first endpoint can record the event ID before the second processes it. Both endpoints receive the same ID, so an unscoped lookup can suppress the second endpoint’s work. Specify a consumer- or endpoint-scoped deduplication key when both must act on an event.
