Restore the timestamp limitation in the All-in-One page.

The edited section no longer says that the appliance returns no word or segment timings. The page also does not point to the separate timestamp build. Readers who enter through this guide can deploy the ordinary build expecting timings it does not return.

Update the All-in-One appliance section to state that the ordinary build returns
no word or segment timings because it lacks timestamp alignment, and direct
readers who need timings to the separate build via the Platforms section.
