Part of fizzyedit/work#637
Goal
Part of fizzyedit/work#637: provide the pure, std-only keyed layout motion API for R1.
What changed and why
Added
core.anim.rearrange: generic track ownership, measurement holds, entry/exit and interruption handling, deterministic draw order, immediate resize following, velocity handoff, and signed release-index arithmetic. Registeredfizzy-rearrange-testsin the std-only unit list. No app caller or rendering changes. How it was verified
All 14 rearrangement tests pass, including the 11 required behaviors, duplicate placement, optional kick, and allocation-failure cleanup. Disabling the measurement hold in a scratch copy makes its regression test fail (
expected 0, found 50); the checkout implementation passes. Full gate results and sandbox socket failures are recorded in GATES.md. No screenshot applies to this pure API.Not done / follow-ups
R2 supplies the production track and drawing; this PR intentionally has no consumer. Core-only additive API reaches plugins at the next SDK release; no boundary fingerprint or version changes.
Self-check: Q1 implemented with unit evidence; Q2 no redundant motion model or non-std dependency found; Q3 keep the generic set and track seam; Q4 aligned with the approved R1 scope. Full socket-dependent verification requires the harness outside this sandbox.
