Part of fizzyedit/work#637
In plain words
Fizzy already has the foundation for moving items smoothly between layouts in this checkout. This change adds checks that items use their measured size and position, and that resizing immediately finishes appearances and removals. It helps protect the smooth transitions that later work will put on screen.
What you will notice
Nothing visible: internal.
How this serves fizzy
Goal: smooth layout changes; preserve delight by protecting item measurement and immediate resize behavior.
Goal
Part of fizzyedit/work#637, plans#108 R1: verify the std-only keyed rearrangement API.
What changed and why
The requested module, animation export, test step, and 14 tests were already present in HEAD. Kept that implementation and added two behavioral tests: all four measured rect lanes snap before entry, and follow simultaneously retires leaving items and reveals measuring items at full presence.
How it was verified
Direct std-only test run: all 16 tests passed. Removing the measured-rect snap in a temporary copy makes the added measurement test fail. Both added tests fail under targeted mutations removing the behavior they check. Native build, formatting, lint, test reachability, web compilation and SDK version gates passed. Full test and integration suites failed on socket-dependent tests denied by the sandbox; exact names and summaries are recorded in GATES.md. No screenshot is needed because there is no drawing or consumer in R1.
Not done / follow-ups
R2 supplies the drawing integration and production track; neither is part of this change. No SDK boundary or version change.
