This branch publishes the compiler changes qualified against Baton’s pinned Bend 2.0.25 source lineage. It includes the default facts-only fixed-point path, deferred foreign C emission until facts stabilize, indexed iterative reachability, and direct HTerm reference collection in
cli_report.The source is based on the upstream
v2.0.25tag and carries the pinned Baton compiler changes needed by the qualified candidate. It is separate from PR bendlang#1649, which targets current upstream and covers report allocation plus the proven C-output cache.Validation was run against the pinned remote toolchain and candidate source. The focused report fixtures and compiler checks passed; no full upstream suite or release qualification is claimed here. The branch is intended for source review and normal toolchain qualification before Baton pins it.
