License the AnkiQuest code under AGPL-3.0-only - #45

The files hill and Aldana wrote for AnkiQuest (everything this fork adds; nobody else has committed to them) move from GPL-3.0-or-later to AGPL-3.0-only, with both authors' agreement. AnkiDroid's own files, including the ones this fork modifies, keep their licenses. GPLv3 section 13 allows the combination; the AGPL network terms then apply to the combined app. LicenseHeaderExists accepts AGPL-3.0-only, and the license text is in LICENSES/AGPL-3.0-only.txt. The README lists what is under which license.
