Summary

Closes #3988. Dependabot 보안 lane의 독립 작업입니다.

Changes

Fastify 5.12.7, @grpc/grpc-js 1.14.5 및 HTTP/WebSocket 전이 의존성 하한을 갱신합니다. gRPC optional peer는 유지하며, retired peer의 EN/KO migration을 명시합니다. Canonical packed producer로 네 starter lock snapshot을 동반 갱신하고 실제 CLI의 gRPC 생성 manifest, 기존 assertions 및 EN/KO 안내를 ^1.14.5로 정합화합니다.

Testing

Exact head 9ab9935483221714f8aaeabf00f2a89b4f5bd166에서 44개 focused 명령이 완료 exit 0이며 raw receipt를 보존했습니다. 기존 26개 network 검사를 유지하고 CLI 266개·microservices 298개 테스트, strict 4-starter packed/frozen matrix, 설치된 packed CLI의 실제 gRPC 생성과 strict/frozen 소비자 설치·build·test, real gRPC unary/streaming/cancellation/shutdown 및 normal/form browser와 deployment 복구를 검증했습니다. contract, code, verification 세 축이 동일 head/policy에서 PASS했습니다. 축 생략은 없습니다. Full local CI는 자동 실행하지 않았으며, publication 후 exact-head 전체 GitHub CI를 기다립니다. 이전 실패와 superseded head 증거는 별도로 보존했습니다.

Release impact

@fluojs/platform-fastify patch, @fluojs/microservices major 및 @fluojs/cli patch Changeset을 포함합니다. CLI patch는 tooling-only snapshot이 아니라 published gRPC scaffold 동작 변경에 근거합니다. maintainer major 승인은 lane에 포함되어 있습니다.
