Backport the macOS Vulkan fixes already on dev to master, addressing rendering corruption and crashes on affected AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA Macs.
libMoltenVK.dylib, load it by its bundle path, and reuse SDL’s Vulkan entry point.#2484 targets dev; this PR carries the same packaging changes to master.
Merge checks found no conflicts in the changed files once #2484’s changes are present on dev.
The existing
core/imgread/chd.cppconflict between master and dev is unrelated.
