The v0.7 deltas are security-relevant (V2.12 split-view binding, V3.12/V5.10 future-skew locks, grant-id/lifetime, strict tags, pin cap, provisional-pairing framing), so a prominent do-not-implement banner points readers at the canonical draft until a full v0.7 NIP review re-syncs this branch.
