My name is Francesco and I'm an italian student and developer.

I learn mostly by trying to build stuff, experimenting and figuring out things along the way. I'm interested in software, Linux, self-hosting, infrastructure and understanding how things work under the hood.

Most of my projects begin with "I could probably build that" and become considerably larger than they were ever supposed to be.

Sometimes reinventing the wheel is more interesting than using it.

I use AI extensively in many of my projects.

For me, AI is a tool to do repetitive tasks, to research, to prototype,to debug and do tasks that could otherwise take hours of time.

I don't use it as a replacement for understanding what I'm building. I use it to spend less time on boring or slow tasks allowing me to work on multiple project at once.
