Re-reviewed after the update. The earlier version commented the only ownership rule out; this one names a real successor team (@freshaengineering/staff-engineers-be, verified to exist with 8 members). GitHub CODEOWNERS validation goes 1 error → 0 against the base branch, which also confirms the team has write access on this repo. Only CODEOWNERS is touched. CI green. LGTM.
