v0.7.0 之后的增量：hooks/pre_tool_git_guard.py import 改多行并清理 双 # 注释样式；.agents/plugins/marketplace.json version 字段补齐； 插件 README Current version 行对齐 0.7.0。本 release 将版本链推进到 0.7.1 并同步仓内市场清单钉 v0.7.1。 验证：unittest 全绿 + run_all 141/141/0 + validator 0 errors + openspec strict 11/11 + diff clean + 双语 parity 门禁通过
