变更\n- 统一直接 Git、Shell 解释器及 skipGate 检测的裸前缀归一化，修复 env/command/sudo 前缀下的漏检与错误豁免。\n- 为真实 Git 仓库和 PreToolUse 补充回归测试；保持受管技能与 lock 不变。\n- 同步插件 manifest 到 0.14.6。\n\n## 验证\n- 500 unittest / 0 skipped；143 Hook 回归通过。\n- Ruff、架构门禁、语言 schema 57 项/11 规则、vendor 离线/在线、OpenSpec strict、diff check 通过。\n\n## 边界\n- 静态 Shell 解析不覆盖带值 wrapper 参数、动态命令或任意控制流；三宿主安装现场仍需单独验收。
