CodeGraph 固定来源中的 ArkTS、Nix、Terraform grammar 尚未进入 CodeGuard 的候选资产，
grammar status只能报告缺口。本变更固定三份 WASM、上游提交与许可证；ArkTS/Terraform 额外固定并核对 npm tarball 完整性。RustWasmStore离线解析正反例和隔离 worker 候选观察通过。grammar status现在准确报告 18/32 候选、0 已发行，仍退出 3，不把候选当作原生 lint 或交付通过。验证：目标测试先因候选数不足失败；ArkTS ABI 初始预期 15 时暴露实际 14，已按实测固定。
cargo test --locked --workspace --all-features：182 组、1140 通过、0 失败、106 需显式原生环境而忽略；全目标 Clippy、fmt、OpenSpec strict、Draft 2020-12 manifest schema 校验和实际grammar status通过。逐语言语料、原生对照、公开路由和发行实装仍未验收。
