CodeGuard now pins the R, Ruby, full PHP, and Kotlin grammars from the CodeGraph source inventory. Each candidate has fixed upstream provenance, license and byte hashes, measured Rust ABI, and isolated positive/negative parser smoke tests. The read-only coverage report now shows 22/32 candidates and explicitly identifies Dart's external-scanner import as a Rust worker gap; it still reports zero released syntax capabilities.
The English and Chinese architecture, technical design, README and existing OpenSpec task record distinguish these limited candidates from qualified lint support.
Validation:
cargo test --locked --workspace --all-features(182 groups, 1142 passed, 0 failed, 106 ignored), all-target Clippy with warnings denied, fmt, Draft 2020-12 manifest validation, OpenSpec strict validation, and actualgrammar statusoutput (32 source / 22 candidate / 0 released, exit 3). The ignored native-tool cases do not count as language acceptance.
