CodeGuard only bundles unqualified Java and TypeScript grammar candidates, while its CodeGraph source maps 32 distinct WASM grammars. Add a pinned source coverage inventory and
codeguard grammar statusso maintainers can see exactly which assets are candidates, not integrated, or still provided by an unpinned dependency. The command is read-only and always reportsnot_evaluated; it does not load a parser or weaken native lint obligations.This also surfaces the COBOL asset's size incompatibility with the current 8 MiB Rust loader limit. Update OpenSpec and English/Chinese docs without marking S14 complete.
Validation: 30/30 vendored assets rehashed from the pinned CodeGraph commit; 2/2 CLI contract tests;
cargo clippy -p codeguard-cli --all-targets -- -D warnings;cargo fmt --all --check;python3 scripts/check_layering.py;openspec validate introduce-rust-codeguard-cli --strict.
