Reproduction steps
- Set Preferred Quality to 720p and Preferred Metered Quality to 144p.
- Start playing a (long) YouTube video when connected to WiFi.
- Set the playback speed to 1.25 and turn the screen off (not sure if that is necessary).
- After 30 minutes check the stream.
Actual result
The stream was still at 720p after 30 minutes of playing on cellular data (with screen off).
This seems random. Sometimes it's on 144p when I check after some time after losing WiFi, sometimes it's on 720p.
Expected result
It should always switch to 144p, despite the screen being turned off, at most a few minutes after losing WiFi connection.
