Utility intended to convert binary files output by NGMdaq system running Struck 3316 digitizers into ROOT files.

Initial version stores waveforms as arrays. Early 2016 sees migration to using TWaveform class, originally made by MG Marino, as modified to be used by COHERENT collaboration.
